Why Jeremy Ausmus Could be a Lock for PLO Super High Roller Bowl Glory

The forthcoming Super High Roller Bowl event in Las Vegas could provide the perfect opportunity for PokerStake’s Jeremy Ausmus to win yet more money for investors on the site. Since signing up, few if any players have scored higher like the Colorado-born poker star, and we’ve found several reasons why this week could see Ausmus provide you with more returns on his excellent poker play.

Recent Pot Limit Omaha Success

While it would be easy to assume Jeremy Ausmus is primarily a No Limit Hold’em specialist, that’s not the case. His most recent cash came in the $10,000-entry PLO Event #6 at the 2025 PGT PLO Series II where he finished 11th for $26,400 in the event won by Bryce Yockey for $237,600.

Before he cashed five times at the recent Venetian Classic and 2025 Poker Masters events, Jeremy also won $36,671 after coming 10th in the €10,000 European Poker Tour Barcelona Event #42. In the event, which had 145 total entries, Jeremy outlasted every other North American in the field, with others such as Michael Wang (11th for $36,671) and Keith Lehr (16th for $24,098) both falling short of his finish despite making profit.

The recent WSOP in Las Vegas saw Jeremy cash eight times, and in the $25,000 PLO Event #51, he made $50,205 by coming 61st out of 489 total entries. Jeremy also made a final table in the $10,000-entry Mixed Games 8-Game Championship, finishing eighth for $38,996, while he came sixth in the $3k PLO 6-Max Event #96 for $78,504.

A Record-Breaking Haul on PokerStake

Jeremy has a superb record in PokerStake events, cashing for an amazing $5,933,273 in total on the site. His biggest win is the High Roller No Limit hold’em event for $1.89 million, that being his best staking result worth 1,892%. With 14 total wins on PokerStake, Jeremy’s WSOP record is one of the strongest among any players in history, with 157 cashes, those six WSOP bracelets, one ring and $11.3m of his lifetime winnings coming at the festival over the years.

With 509 followers on PokerStake, Jeremy is perhaps the most popular player on the site and is selling to the latest Super High Roller Bowl in Las Vegas. Held at the PokerGO Studio at ARIA in Las Vegas, Jeremy is selling at 1.06 with 12.49% available to buyers – a total of $13,636 of the $103,000 buy-in.

One Year Ago, Jeremy Crushed

Exactly 53 weeks ago, Jeremy was at the very same location he’ll be at this week, crushing souls at the ARIA. Playing in the $15,00-entry PLO Event as part of the 2024 PGT PLO Series II, Jeremy won the tournament for $288,000, beating the Welsh player Gruffudd Pugh-Jones heads-up after ousting Nick Schulman in third place for $129,600.

The event was packed with tough competitors, and with 74 total entries, others stars of the felt such as Daniel Negreanu (7th), Artem Maksimov (6th) and Alex Foxen (5th) all came up short when up against Jeremy in the event.

With a rich history of winning in Pot Limit Omaha events, this week’s Super High Roller Bowl costing $103,000 is the perfect moment for Jeremy Aumsus, who could well be in the position to win millions at one of his favorite venues. Earlier this year, we discussed Jeremy’s motivation and attitude to high roller events such as this.

“The goals I set are more like ‘I will play this many tourneys or hours’ and ‘I will study this much in the down time’. It’s much better to focus on the process and not the result. You can find yourself doing things that aren’t actually profitable when you are forcing the end result to happen.”

With one of the biggest buy-in events of the year on the horizon, we can’t wait to chase profit this week by sweating Jeremy’s action – only available on PokerStake!
