Who to Back at the 2026 World Series of Poker Europe Festival
Who to Back at the 2026 World Series of Poker Europe Festival

This year’s World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe festival takes place a few months before last years, with the 15-event bracelet tournament series set in Prague instead of Rozvadov in 2026. This year’s WSOP Europe is more important than ever, with each of the 15 bracelet events contributing to the WSOP Player of the Year race. With just days to go before the first event, we’ve got the best players who are selling action to the series exclusively on PokerStake.

Big Hitters Wading In

There are several of the World Series of Poker’s most successful ever players taking part in the series. Benny Glaser is not only hunting his ninth WSOP bracelet in Prague but hoping to kick-start his latest campaign to be WSOP Player of the Year. In 2025, Benny got oh so close to achieving this goal, losing to Shaun Deeb by just a handful of POY points despite winning three bracelets during the Las Vegas series. With these 15 WSOP Europe events all contributing to the 2026 Player of the Year leaderboard along with WSOP Paradise, they’re more important than ever.

Benny is selling to three events so far, Event #9, the €5,300 PLO event, Event #11, the €20,800 Super High Roller NLHE event and Event #13, the €8,400 GGMillion$ Live High Roller. With a total of eight bullets on sale between those three events at a markup of between 1.02 and 1.16, Benny is unmissable value given his unparalleled bracelet success in 2025.

Josh Arieh is another WSOP favorite who will be looking to stamp his authority on WSOP Europe from the first card going in the air. Playing Events #5, #9, #11 and #13, the six-time WSOP bracelet winner will be one to watch in the Czech capital. Rarely playing in Europe, the now Las Vegas resident who moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Sin City last year is making moves towards a POY run himself and is selling at no markup whatsoever. His action is selling extremely quickly… so don’t miss out!

Another PokerStake favorite, Jonathan Little, is selling to a raft of events. His markup is a little higher, selling at between 1.10 and 1.25, but with many more events on sale, you can’t miss out on Little’s huge value given his immense success in poker tournaments. In the action from the €1,100-entry opener – which is in a Mystery Bounty format this year – right through to the €2,750 buy-in Closer Turbo NLHE event, the poker coach and author is a top pick.

Here Come the Girls

Some fierce female players are taking on Prague in plenty of the WSOP Europe events and each of them provide massive value to buyers on PokerStake. Jessica Teusl is one of the best examples of a poker player building on early success ever, with the Austrian’s Ladies Event win in Las Vegas some years ago acting as a springboard to more and more success including in high rollers. Selling to four events at a markup of between 1.00 in the Super High Roller and 2.00 in the Ladies Event, Jessica is terrific value in every event she plays.

Brazilian professional and PLO WSOP bracelet winner Vivian Saliba is selling a single bullet to three different events. Taking on the €1,100 opener, the €5,300 Main Event (#5) and the €5,300 PLO European Championship, Vivian’s record in WSOP events is super-strong, and he prowess in Pot Limit Omaha especially make her one to look out for over the coming weeks in the Czech Republic.

A former Sunday Million winner and live poker crusher, Vanessa Kade is selling to a variety of events at a markup of between 1.15 and 1.20. The Canadian is bound to be one of the best players in the field in events such as the €1,650 buy-in Monster Stack or the €2,200 Turbo Bounty NLHE Event #7. With an impressive record of results, Vanessa is a brilliant bet to back in Prague.

Olga Iermolcheva isn’t just a star of the hit GGPoker/Poker After Dark show Game of Gold. She a serious poker player too and is selling action to multiple events in Prague. The Ukrainian is playing a minimum of five WSOP Europe events as it stands and may add more throughout the series. Get in quick to grab a piece of her action because Olga, along with the other female players selling action, looks great value to win big in the Czech capital city.

Other Greats Taking to the Felt

Jon Kyte
Jon Kyte is already off to a flyer in 2026.

Plenty of other huge poker names are selling to the 2026 WSOP Europe series on PokerStake. Bruno Fitoussi is going to be a real threat in the Main Event and PLO European Championship and is selling to both events at no markup whatsoever, so don’t miss the boat on the Frenchman’s formidable talents.

Austrian professional Adi Rajkovic is mostly selling at a markup of between 1.00 and 1.10 for the series across multiple events, with only the opening event on sale at a higher price of 1.25. Adi is a passionate poker professional and has vast experience in mainland Europe as he told us all about in this revealing interview feature last year. Back Adi and you’re virtually certain of a fun sweat leading to profit!

British player David Tarbet is selling fast in several events, including the €565-entry Colossus Event #3 where he’s on sale at 1.15 and sure to have an edge over plenty of the field. So too will Jon Kyte, who got off to a really strong start in 2026 and is one of our top picks for success in Prague this Spring. Jon is selling to Events #5, #9 and #13 at a markup of between 1.25 and 1.50, with his major tournament experience – especially in deep runs of big events – priceless in the heady atmosphere of a World Series of Poker bracelet event. Nothing fazes Jon and we back him to win big in the Czech Republic over the next few weeks.

Finally, two other players who should be on your radar in Prague are Renji ‘Ricky’ Mao and Sandro Zarriello. Both men have impressive recent records, with Ricky’s WSOP heroics last year in Las Vegas yielding six figure scores that remain some of the highest ROI for stakers in PokerStake history. Sandro is playing in a raft of events and has cashed nine times in the past six weeks alone!
