Three PokerStake Greats to Stake in the PGT Mixed Games Festival

The 2026 PGT Mixed Games Festival starts today and features some of the best mixed format poker players in the world. Plenty of them represent PokerStake, so we’ve profiled a talented trio of players you’ll want to invest in as the PokerGO Tour leaderboard is set for a mix-up before March inside the PokerGO Studio at ARIA on the Las Vegas Strip.
Jeremy Ausmus Stars Leaderboard Assault
The six-time WSOP bracelet winner and 2025 PGT Leaderboard winner for $500,000 Jeremy Ausmus is raring to go in mixed games again in 2026. Selling 10% to a plethora of events, Ausmus could be a huge threat in events such as Event #7, the 10-Game Championship, which costs $26,000 to play and the Big Bet Mix, which is priced at $15,800 and is Event #5 on the ticket.
Jeremy has some outstanding results in recent months and plenty of them have been in PokerGO Tour events. Cashing three times in the six PGT Last Chance events held in January of this year, Jeremy cashed for over $130,000, more than doubling his entry fees in that period. He also performed brilliantly in the Poker Masters and PGT PLO Series of late 2025, cashing for over $210,000 in those tournaments too.
Often a lock for profit, Jeremy comes into this series in fine form, specifically in big mixed game format events and looks sure to make a profit on your investments. While qualified and even some professionals might feel the added pressure of ‘stepping up’ to a buy-in of $26,000 in the 10-Game Championship event that rounds out the series, Jeremy is used to playing for four or even 10 times that entry fee and will be in his element.
British Star Benny Glaser Poised for Success
There aren’t many players who have won more WSOP bracelets than British poker icon Benny Glaser. Taking home three of them last summer, Benny is back in action in America this February at the PGT Mixed Games felt, and looks a great investment in Event #8, the Super High Roller Mixed Games Event.
Costing $103,000 to play, the event is only for the best of the best in mixed games but that certainly includes Benny. Even against seasoned pros on the mixed game circuit, Benny is an outlier, someone who sets the tone for trophies and sows the seeds for success every time he sits down.
In Las Vegas last summer, Benny won three WSOP bracelets and only missed out on the title of WSOP Player of the Year to Shaun Deeb by a marginal amount of points. This year, the 15 events coming to Prague in Europe this Spring count towards POY status, so expect Benny to be playing hard in this series in order to get himself in pole position for action in the Czech capital.

ODB On the Chase for More Glory
We recently spoke to David Baker, a.k.a. ‘Old David Baker’ or ODB for the site, and he was fascinating, explaining how he and other professionals who sell action on the site price their markup. As well as going deep on the seller’s side of markup, David also discussed what makes a player a valuable investment for buyers and we’d highly recommend that you read his words on the subject here.
David is selling to a lot of events on the PGT Mixed Games schedule, including events in Big Bet, Dealer’s Choice and the newly introduced T.O.R.S.E. event. Across the board, David is a 1.10 markup bet – other than the 8-Game Event #4 in which he is 1.15 – and with his vast years of experience and know-how, he once again translates as a superb investment on PokerStake.
With other big names such as Josh Arieh and Nick Guagenti also on offer in the event series, you should check out our official PGT Mixed Games page and invest in your champion here. Who knows, it might not just be them winning big, but you too, and from the comfort of your own home!
