The big guns were out in full force on Thursday as the partypoker POWERFEST schedule included three Super High Roller events and another eight High Roller events.

Nominations for the second annual Global Poker Awards were announced on Friday with popular poker personality Joey Ingram leading the way with four nominations.

Kahle Burns started Day 3 of the World Series of Poker Europe €25,500 Platinum High Roller as the chip leader and then held off a surging Sam Trickett to win the first bracelet of his career and nearly €600,000.

Triton Poker set out to make poker history this week and they most certainly will and in more ways than one.

The 2019 Triton Super High Roller Series London kicks off this week with the biggest buy-in in tournament poker history as the highlight.
