Alexander Yen is the newest member of the World Poker Tour Champions Club after he bested the 1,928-entry field of the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida for $975,240 and a spot on the WPT Mike Sexton Champions Cup.

Damian Salas’ amazing start to 2021 got even better this week with a string of online scores propelling the newly crowned World Series of Poker Main Event champion to a career-high spot in the latest worldwide Online Poker Rankings.

Five more World Poker Tour Online titles were awarded on Friday night with Elio Fox securing the biggest score of the day and second biggest of the series.

The inaugural World Poker Tour Online series could not have started any better for Leo Fernandez. The Argentinian took down Event #1 (Opener $5,200 NLHE) on Monday for a mid-six-figure score.

In May, Anton AnteSvanteWigg (pictured) won the PokerStars Sunday 500and raked in $90,000. There was no chop to be had and Wigg, who is #7 in the PocketFives Rankings, booked his third largest cash to date.

The points have been awarded and, by the slimmest of margins, Anton AnteSvanteWigg (pictured) won the May Monthly PLB on PocketFives with 3,529 points. He was about 70 points ahead of Chris moorman1 Moorman, who finished in second place with 3,461 points.
