PokerStake Seller Brock Wilson Wins 2026 U.S. Poker Open for $450,000
PokerStake Seller Brock Wilson Wins 2026 U.S. Poker Open for $450,000

Some of PokerStake’s most popular players took part in the 2026 U.S. Poker Open and after 10 thrilling events, it was one of them who held the Golden Eagle trophy aloft. With two outright wins in the series – just like at the PokerGO Cup in March – Brock Wilson claimed the overall title and celebrated a tournament series where he won over $450,000.

Final Event Top Prize the Biggest of All

With 48 entries, the 10th event of the 2026 U.S. Poker Open (USPO) was the biggest at a massive $420,000. With Brock Wilson running deep in the event, all the talk in the room was on the overall series leaderboard, with Wilson hoping to cash one last time to take the title outright. As it happened, the frontrunner, due to two previous wins in Events #1 and #6 fell just short.

With eight players left, one player needed to bust to burst the bubble and that player turned out to be Wilson himself. All-in with king-three, he lost to the dominating king-nine of his fellow PokerStake seller David Coleman and it was the latter who led the final table when Wilson slipped away into the night and players broke for one last night.

The next day, Wilson was still in the PokerGO Studio, but in a supportive role. Three female entries were recorded of the 48 to hit the books – Kristen Foxen, Ebony Kenney and Cherish Andrews – and with Andrews the long-time partner of Brock Wilson, the poker boyfriend was in the building to cheer her on… or was he?

Looking at the leaderboard before the final table began, the number crunchers among the finalists realised one rather ironic truth. The only player who could overtake Brock to win the 2026 U.S. Poker Open was – you’ve guessed it – the 2024 Global Poker Index Female Player of the Year Cherish Andrews, and Brock’s partner.

So Near and Yet So Far

A ‘couple’ dynamic had dominated the USPO series as a whole, let alone the final table. Cherish Andrews, Kristen Foxen and Alex Foxen all won event titles during the USPO, while Brock Wilson had taken two wins to lead. Coming into the final seven, it was David Coleman who led the way and he soon took care of Ebony Kenney’s chances, her king-high shove failing to hold against David Coleman’s queen-five, with the eventual winner pairing up on turn and river, leaving Kenney with a prize of $48,000.

Next to go was Cherish Andrews, who had needed to win the final event to take the series title. That didn’t happen, despite a fortunate treble-up with king-six where she outran Darren Elias’ pocket tens. In the end, pocket fours couldn’t hold against the king-queen of David Coleman and Cherish bowed out for $72,000 in sixth place.

After the eliminations of Jesse Lonis (5th for $96,000) and Darren Elias (4th for $126,000), three-handed play concluded with the bust-out of Richard Green for $174,000. All-in with king-queen, Green lost to David Coleman’s ace-nine, leaving the chip leader with a 5:1 chip lead over his PokerStake stablemate Kristen Foxen.

Coleman Takes Crown, Wilson Wins Leaderboard

Heads-up, Kristen Foxen won a double-up but that wasn’t enough to put her back in contention on its own and the next time she was at risk, her tournament came to an end. All-in pre-flop with tens, Kristen was unfortunate to depart with $264,000 as the runner-up when her pocket pair couldn’t hold against the queen-eight of Coleman as the American flopped a queen and added another on the turn to take home the title and top prize of $420,000.

Here’s how the final table of the 10th event of the 2026 U.S. Poker Open in Las Vegas ended up.

After 10 events, Brock Wilson’s two outright victories made him a deserving winner of his second PGT series title in two series after his heroiocs in the PokerGO Cup during March. Wilson won not only $434,900 across the series but the Golden Eagle trophy and $25,000 PGT Passport too as he was congratulated by his girlfriend Cherish Andrews (below) and fellow players inside the PokerGO Studio.

Cherish’s own win in Event #3 for $117,407 was in the largest field of the series, while Kristen Foxen’s total earnings of $475,950 made her the biggest winner financially. A hugely profitable series all round for players who have previously sold on PokerStake saw three final tables in a row for Aram Zobian – including the win in Event #9 – while Jeremy Ausmus finished as runner-up in three events across the series too.
