Four Players to Watch This Week at the Triton Poker Series in Jeju
Four Players to Watch This Week at the Triton Poker Series in Jeju

The Triton Poker Series has already thrilled poker fans this week after the Triton ONE Main Event in Jeju, South Korea. Now minds have turned to the high-roller version of Triton events. Big money is going to be won this week, millions of dollars of it, and PokerStake has some of the best players in any fields taking part.

We’ve rounded up the runners and riders taking part in Jeju and provided you with four PokerStake professionals to back at the felt.

Wilson Looking to Win

Brandon Wilson has already enjoyed a stirring start to the year, cashing in an incredible 15 tournaments since 2026 began. Across those events, Brandon won an amazing $1,764,000, winning two events outright at the European Poker Tour Paris festival in a €25,000 High Roller and a €10,000 High Roller, with those two victories alone worth over a million dollars.

In his most recent series, the PokerGO Cup, Brandon came 5th, 7th, 8th and 10th in four cashes that returned $128,300 in winnings, posting the kind of consistent results that have become his hallmark in a single series. He’s already cashed out in South Korea, too, winning $139,000 just yesterday in the 8-Max Event #3, coming eighth, returning money at a markup of 1.12 to his investors on the site.

Moving forward in this week’s Triton Super High Roller Series in Jeju, Brandon is selling action to two more events. In the Event #8 NLHE tournament, he’s selling 6% of his $131,250 buy-in at a markup of just 1.05. That’s extremely good value and the same price as his 5% on offer in Event #10. That event costs slightly more at $157,500 but once again Brandon will likely be one of the strongest in the field given his form and vast experience at this level.

Justin Saliba Selling to Two Events

Another PokerStake player expecting to thrive in South Korea this week is Justin Saliba. The American poker great cashed twice in the newly created Triton ONE Series which came to a conclusion last week. In the $5,000-entry NLHE 7-Max Event, Justin came 28th for a return of $8,000, while in the $15,000 NLHE High Roller event he finished 23rd, garnering a return of $45,750.

These two cashes will stand him in good stead for the remainder of the Super High Roller Series but Justin doesn’t have to look back very far to find his most recent outright victory in the live arena. We spoke to Justin several months ago as he mentioned to us how frustrating runner-up results were. Since then, he’s won three tournaments for a total of $534,000. Conquering the Poker Masters Event #9 in September of last year, Justin then won the $10,000 NLHE Deepstack WPT event in Hollywood in January, before taking down Event #3 of last week’s PokerGO Cup for $96,400.

Selling to Event #10, Justin is a great shout to make hay in the $106,000 Main Event. Selling at a markup of 1.05 to both the Main Event and Event #5, the $42,400-entry Mystery Bounty event, Justin will be hoping to win big again – for himself and his investors on PokerStake.

Other Players in Action

Two other very talented players are playing events for PokerStake in Jeju this week. The Greek professional and all-time number one in his country Georgios Sotiropoulos is selling to the Triton Event that costs $31,800, with three bullets on sale at no markup whatsoever.

Georgios is superb value in the event, not least because he has already cashed four times since the start of the Triton Jeju 2026 series, including the Triton ONE series. Winning $76,200 from $42,500 in entries, the Greek poker legend has set out his stall in South Korea and will be a fun sweat in an event he should feel very comfortable in.

Also taking on the local talent with expectation as well as hope is Renji ‘Ricky’ Mao. The Chinese player has been one of the stars of the PokerStake roster for some time now and we expect big things from Ricky once again as he takes on three events, selling at between 1.00 and 1.04 markup.
